The mission of the Hanford Area Economic Investment Fund (HAEIF) is financing projects that expand and diversify local industry and create living wage jobs in Benton and Franklin Counties, Washington.

Meetings of the Hanford Area Economic Investment Fund Advisosry Committee are held the fourth Monday of each month at 4:00pm at the Benton Franklin Transit Building, 1000 Columbia Park Way in Richland, unless otherwise posted. The Hanford Area Economic Investment Fund Advisory Committee is comprised of eleven members appointed by the Director of Commerce. Four members represent the Hanford area business and financial community; one member from each of the elected leadership of Benton County, Franklin County, City of Richland, City of Pasco, and City of Kennewick; a Hanford area port district; and a representative of the labor community.
